While it doesn't happen often, when an agent transfers to a different office within the company, there is no way to stop the existing sales from transferring to the new office as well. I still need to have access to the pending sales but the new office is the only one who has access to it. That's a big problem for me.

In this situation, current listings are being transferred to Office #2 but the existing sales are staying in Office #1. I need to have access to those sales for Office #1 - the documents, the information, the ability to close it out, etc.

Hi Barbara,
Ryan with the Product Team here at SkySlope.
You're correct on that functionality. Largely that started because the agent needs access to their files and in the system they're currently not able to exist in 2 places at once (office 1 and also in office 2).
In the situation you're referring to - what constitutes whether a file should move or stay? Do you only need to review transactions in progress that originated in your office and any new ones originate in the agent's new office? Do you also need access to closed files or are those ok to move immediately to the new office?
