Hey Nancy,
This is a brilliant idea and we will monitor this post for up/yes- votes for consideration! In the meantime, you are able to post URLs in the comment boxes for your agent. Although they won't be hyperlinks, this workaround will allow your agents to copy and paste that URL to a new tab or window. I hope this helps!
