Legacy Account Setup Name can't be changed?

I reached out to support to change our Brokerage name on the shared document bundle landing page. We were a franchise at the time we started our account with SkySlope but subsequently decided not renew the franchise. As a result we re-branded. The problem is that the legacy name in the body of the shared bundle landing page still exists while the header image and branding reflect our new name. This sends a mixed message to our clients. I was told that the only way SkySlope can change the name on the shared bundle landing page is to create a new separate account. This seems like a LOT of work for something that should be a much more simple data entry fix. Please provide a more user friendly fix.
