Cancelled transactions

When I receive the email from skyslope to let me know of a cancelled transaction I need the transaction number to record it in our reports for auditing purposes. I would like to see the buyers last name, not just the property address & agents name when doing a search. The only way I can tell which file is the correct one is to open it. Sometimes I have to open 2 files before I can confirm its the right one. Its a waste of time. This is a problem when the listing has a new buyer

Hey Betsy,

Thanks for taking the time to provide us this suggestion. In our cancellation notification emails is this the information you would like to see: 

  1. Escrow number of the transaction
  2. Buyers last name 
  3. Full property address
  4. Agent on the file

Are there any other details you wish would appear in this email notification?

I look forward to hearing from you so I can better understand your request.
