Requester

Hi There,

I am admin for Company that over 150 agents with us.
One of my job responsibility is review the documents that individual agents submitted in SkySlope to "Manage Transactions" and "Manage Listings".

I been having problem that our office request to individual agents to assign only one document in "Documentation". Sometimes agents assign over 2 documents in each documentations.
(except separate signed documents by seller and buyer)
After agents remove extra documents from "Documentations", admin is not able to "Accept"/ "Unaccept" / "Reject" this document.

For our company, assign in CHECKLIST and update documents in DOCUMENTS are individual agent responsibility.
Admin is in charge to review that individual agent assigned documents in CHECKLIST to "Complete".
Admin is not upload, delete that exist documents in CHECKLIST and move documents through DOCUMENTS to CHECKLIST.

How is that works that once Admin reject assigned documents, it automatically change back status that Admin can go to review "Accept", "Unaccept" and "Reject" documents?

If this issue will solve, it will save us lots.
Thank you so much in advance and please let us know any update and/or advise.

Hello Eri,

Thanks for taking the time to provide us this feedback. I have some questions to ensure I understand your request. Are you removing one of the two documents that were attached to a single checklist item, then wanting to approve that single document? From your screenshot, once a checklist is rejected the agent must upload the correct document in order for the accept and reject button to appear. Please let me know if that is what your request is referring to that way we can ensure we monitor your requests for upvotes.

Thanks,
Jessey, SkySlope Product Manager.
