Updating multiple agents at once

It would be nice to have check boxes next to files to update those agents all at once rather than going into each specific file to update agents. For example, if I have an agent where I have to stay on top of them for paperwork, it would be nice to check box select their 5 files and update them all at once on those 5 files without having to go into each file. Or if there’s closed files that still have outstanding paperwork, I’d like to update all at once.
