RequesterGood morning - it would be handy if when searching by address, the status's could be grouped together rather than randomly and possibly active first, pending second, then transactions/cancelled/etc. This would certainly save time not having to funnel through all of the addresses to find the one you are looking for.

RequesterI agree...since you all added every darn thing to my search list -- including the archived with the new and cancels, etc. it has made my work for over 100 agents more difficult! Can we at least get a drop down menu option of what we'd like to see?
I didn't think the way it was before was bad -- and I usually don't mind change if it makes sense -- but I liked it when I could search on my actives...and if I needed anything else I could go to the archive or cancellations folders if needed.
