We understand how looking at a log, which mixes notes and activities, could make it difficult to find notes.

Re something similar.  Under log there is the title Comments.  I think that Comments should be notes that I leave for my Agent or they leave for me.  Not to have what documents were moved - those IMO should be in a History section. I find it wasteful for me to go through a page or more of items looking for important notes left for me.

Hi! 

I think sometimes things happen in transactions where the file becomes in "limbo" for a period of time.

Like if appraisals come in low and the transactions is held up, or something in inspections are holding up the file.

So  it would be nice to just have a General Box where you can see on the main screen that we can type in notes like " waiting on blank to decide on when/how to proceed" so we arent searching emails or emailing agents as to the status of a file if we can just just a general note box-.

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I have a few questions to better understand your request. 

• Are you looking for the ability for you to leave a general comment on the checklist or for your agent to leave a comment for you? If you are looking to leave a general comment on the checklist, anytime you use the update agent button on the checklist it will leave the overview of that message at the top of the checklist for when your agent. 
• At this time, the agent can only leave a comment to the right of each checklist item for you. 
• Would you want the comment to appear of the file or have a way for the comment to be sent to you from the agent? How do you picture the comment interaction?
