New feature: Appraisal

Love to see a spot where an agent can add an appraiser's name and number and possibly an inspector's info right alongside title etc. Here in Maine we need to put that info in our MLS when a property closes. So be nice to have all the info in one spot. 

Additionally, LOVE to have the option to put in due diligence dates in. IE, when i was with EZ Coordinator, when I entered a transaction, addition to the address, commission, all parties info, I had to enter dates to when the earnest money was due, inspection, appraisal and made application was due. I could set how many days or hours the system would notify me, but by default it would email and/or text me 24 hours prior to the due diligence was due. An amazing feature that kept me compliant!
