It would be nice if, like in the transaction files, in the listing files there was a place to put a Transaction Coordinator Name. As it is right now there is only a section to put a Transaction Coordinator Fee.

So that I can better understand what you're trying to do, can you please answer some follow-up questions:

Where would like this field to be? On the Create Transaction page?
How are you Transaction Coordinators accessing files now?
Besides adding the Transaction Coordinators name, what else would you expect this feature to do? What should the Transaction Coordinator be able to do with a file their name is associated with?
