Update Agent Tab

Small change, but it would be great if the "Agent Name." wasn't auto-applied to email's sent out through Update Agent.

Most of the time, I'm communicating with the TC's not the agent and I don't have the ability to delete the agent's name. It doesn't show in the comment section where I write the message.
