add a transaction number

I suggest when a new listing or sales/rental transaction is created, Skyslope creates a new file number for each one. 

Each listing created should get a number.  When a listing is converted to a sale, the sale gets a new number, but also says "from listing #_____".

This makes it so much quicker for reference reasons.  Our bookkeeping software does this.
