Previous Listing/Sales Duplicate Files in Skyslope

We have had this situation come up more than once. A Dudum agent listed or sold a property and later down the road a different Dudum agent had an escrow/listing on this property. We are required to provide all disclosures, reports for any previous listings/sales of the same property. Can Skyslope alert there is an escrow or listing on a property with that address when we type it in for the new one that is stored in the system for Dudum?
