Make Agents' "Alternate Email ID" field visible to Auditors

Would like visibility to see who their agents have added to the "Alternate Email ID" field to receive agent notifications. 

This becomes important when staff and/or agents leave and their emails are auto-forwarded to other staff members. It becomes difficult to trace the email's origin when auditors aren't able to see who the agent has added as their "Alternate Email ID".
