directory of frequently used vendors and agents

It would be very handy to have a directory that could be searched for all of the contacts we use repetitively such as the attorney, title company, closer, inspectors, other agents, etc.  The ability to email, send files, communications, etc directly from the system (and log communications) would be very helpful.
