Closing/Title Transferred Alert

As a Manager of multiple offices that currently "signs off" on all closings with your system how do I know that a closing occurred that would then alert me to review the file.

The current alert doesn't work because closing dates change constantly.  I need an alert once the file is archived/closed by my Administration staff.  Otherwise, I no longer see daily my agents closings for the day.
