It would be lovely if in the Sales and Listing Documentation Checklist if the documents that are required and or are already attached were sorted to the top of the checklist instead of them staying in a chronological order that doesn't necessarily apply to the importance of each document in each of the transactions.

So that I can better understand your request, can you please help answer a few questions:

  • Are there any other things besides 'required' or 'attached' that you would want to sort or filter by? Which of these is more important to you?
  • Would it be more helpful to sort OR filter (i.e., required items appear above other checklist items vs. only required checklist items appear)?
