Requester1) Automatic Address and Delivery Instruction (or available from a drop-down)
2) Referrals - we would love to be able to have this be auto generated if the referral amount or % is entered in the referral section of the commission tab
3) Referral delivery address should be with the external referral payment amount (currently the external referral address is in the notes section at the bottom of the CDA
4) It would be nice to have the Compass log on the CDA instead of the SkySlope logo
5) We don't need Title Contact Information on CDA, but we do need Escrow Contact Information included
There is no contact information section (ie for the Transaction Coordinator who generated the CDA) should Escrow have questions
6)The "Instructions" auto populates a note regarding sending HUD-1 closing statement, we would like to modify this to Final Settlement Statement

RequesterInstructions should not only be customizable but also retain the changes. We have custom language, and we are forced to copy/paste it on every single demand we create.
