            Requirement for Responsible Broker in Transaction

            When agents submit a transaction, it would be helpful to have a required "Yes/No" drop down for "Responsible Broker".  We have special requirements for when we are named as Responsible Broker, so on those transactions, we would like to have some additional required checklist items added.

            Thank you so much for posting your feature suggestion. This sounds like a really rich feature so there are few questions we have for you to get a better understanding of the suggestion.

            1. What are the responsibilities of a "Responsible Broker"?
            2. Does your brokerage have multiple Responsible Brokers, and if so how is it determined which Responsible Broker works on which transactions?
            3. How does the agent know their transaction will have/need a Responsible Broker?
            4. What are the additional checklist items needed when there is a Responsible Broker on a transaction? And do those checklist items change from transaction to transaction?
