Premature Deactivation of Property Specific Email Address

Requester

Don’t deactivate the email address for canceled transactions upon cancellation submission. Many times, agents and staff still need the ability to email issues into the file.

Would be better if SkySlope can wait until after the cancellation has been APPROVED to deactivate the email.

  • Would it be helpful to keep the skyslope email displayed under the file name after a transaction is canceled?
  • Would it be beneficial for the email to be displayed within the name of the transaction when viewed as a list as well?
