RequesterIt is so frustrating that my frequently used contacts are not showing up in the contacts search. I am having to input them manually, thus creating duplicates, triplicates, and more.
For example: I need to find Dorrie Gengler as escrow. I know I have used her several times before. But what happens when I type her first name? I get 10 listings for Dorrie Ann Caruana. What if I try to type Dorrie G? As soon as you start to type a last name, all contacts are gone. When I try to search by company (Old Republic Title) I get 10 listings, by email address only, and none of them are the one I am looking for.
The current search feature is extremely flawed. I have been asking for two years to have it fixed.

In the meantime, I also wanted to highlight that you can remove duplicate entries as seen the screenshots above by clicking your name in the upper right corner > My Account > DIRECTORY. There, you can select the duplicate entries with the checkboxes on the left, then click "Delete Contact" in the upper right.

RequesterI would dearly love to be able to search by typing in both the first and last name - currently our search fields appear to include first or last, but not both. If we have an incredibly long list of contacts and I'm looking for someone with both a common first AND last name, they may not appear in the first ten listed for either of these. As Iris has noted, "As soon as you start to type a last name, all contacts are gone." Fixing this so that a contact can be searched by their full name (as well as just first or just last) would be hugely beneficial.

RequesterI think first and last name are important in the search parameters and no limit. We should be able to scroll down the list as needed. I also think the company name would be beneficial in case you run in to a common name.
