I am requesting that SkySlope develop a new CALCULATION FIELD in the Banner section of the Transaction Page. We are seeing a few agents turn in files more than 2 days after ratification which gets us in trouble with DRE as all files are to have Broker Review within 3 days..
I know SkySlope has numerous calculation fields like number of days after a document has been submitted for review, and when the COE date has expired, so I don't think this would be too hard to do.
We need the number of days between the Acceptance Date of the contract and the Submission date. [i.e. - Acceptance Date is 10/1/19 and Submission Date is 10/8/19 = 7 days.] This could be titled "Submission Days" or something like that and could be added to the Banner section.
This is really important for us and others.

The days are not calculated the same in PA as in CA apparently. We don't count today in the calc. 2nd deposit is due 14 days from today 11/18 than it is due 12/07. Your system counts both the start date and the date it is due.

Hi Bob,
Compliance is extremely important to us and what we're known for so this is a great request.
A couple questions for you:
What do you believe is the main reason agents turn in contracts more than 3 days after ratification?
What is the process when you discover a file that has been submitted late?
What would be the ramifications from the DRE if there were files being submitted after 3 days?
