In our brokerage we have several staff members that work on transactions throughout the process and while we can update the agent from quick audit it would also be very helpful to be able to assign a task to a staff member from within Quick Audit. We have tried using the Update Agent feature but instead of sending the update to the agent we enter the staff member's email and send them the update as a notification. While this "works", it has been confusing for our staff as the update is addressed to the agent. On top it being addressed to the agent there is no way for us to track if the staff member accepted/completed the task we are sending them inside of SkySlope.
I found a work around for now by clicking on the address in Quick Audit, which opens the transaction file in a new tab, but of course this is extra clicks for the staff.

Our office faces the same issue. We create tasks both right away and after reviewing documents. Adding this feature would be a big help to further streamline the quick audit process.
Hope you are working on this!

Hi Jessey,
We create the task by hand. We have not created any task templates at this time.
We assign task as we are reviewing the file, so right away. Generally, we send a task for when an agent uploads a copy of escrow funds to the file so our controller can properly log it, we assign a task for a Commission Disbursement to be created once the file is fully reviewed and we assign task when it needs further review from our compliance broker.
It would just be helpful to have this option so that we are not having to click between tabs to assign a task.
Thank you!!

Hey Robert,
Thanks for taking the time to post this pain-point and your work-around.I have a few questions to better understand this.
When you use the work around of opening the transaction in a new tab, do you then create and assign tasks to your staff? Or do you use a task template to assign these tasks to the staff?
Typically, do you only have tasks to assign to staff once you have reviewed a file in Quick Audit? Or do you assign your staff tasks right away?
