If I have any frustration which I'd love to see solved, it would be that when emailing a document to a transaction, the "subject line" of the email is ignored and a "code" becomes the title of the document on Skyslope.

Hey Tom,
Thank you for providing your feedback. I have a few questions to better understand your frustrations. Are you looking for the email in the LOG tab of your property file and the code is where this appears? Or do you wish the subject line of your email was the name of the PDF, since all documents emailed into SkySlope go into the Documents tab of your property file? Do you typically rename your PDF before you email it into SkySlope or are you scanning documents directly to SkySlope?
I look forward to hearing back from you to better understand your painpoints.
