Directory to include co-broke company tax ID and upload co-broke company W-9

Hello, 

Is it possible to add a box designated for co-broke tax ID numbers in the directory? Also, to have the option to upload the co-broke W-9's? As it is now, you can only do this per file. We need it per co-broke company.
