GET MORE INPUT FROM PEOPLE WHO USE THIS SYSTEM & CREATE CANADIAN/PROVINCIAL PROGRAMS

To me - this is not user friendly and takes so much more time to go thru everything.  I think what you need to do is talk to the conveyancers (such as ourselves),  and try to get the understanding of what needs to be done.

Here in Canada there are so many different rules, it would be nice to have a proper Canadian program done and in fact better then that have it done for different provinces as we all have different rules we have to abide with.

The idea that we cannot even put the commission in properly is very confusing for the agents as for ourselves.
