WHY WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT PERTINENT INFO.

I don't understand that the realtor has to email us when they have input lawyers as we don't get an update stating that lawyers have been entered.

Most of the time the realtor forgets and we don't have time every day, every hour, every 15 min. to check.  In our case we do the conveyancing for all of British Columbia  and have to send lawyers letters etc. as soon as possible so having a notification on that shows us would be fantastic.
