I am hoping to post about company/ firm administrative reporting. We are a firm with 36 offices and it is very difficult for us to determine how far behind, or caught up we are on file review. It is also impossible for us to track administrative production. Any reporting to allow firms to better understand the time we are spending on file review and how caught up we are would be extremely valuable. Also, it would be great to have listings pull from an IDX and create a placeholder or initial file for the agents. Skyslope does have the IDX capability, but the listings that are in the MLS vs in Skyslope is still not easy to determine without running reports from separate systems and comparing them.
