Username / Ability for Admins to complete transaction on deactivated accounts

Either having a username attached to the account that can be changed by the admin that doesn't change the email address in order to lock out former employee's from their account. Since the account has to be active to interact with their listing/transactions. 

Or just allow admins to work in a listing/transaction under a deactivated agent.
