Resetting stage to admin when all docs are approved

Can the stage be automatically defaulted back to admin once all docs are approved or rejected by manager? Admins are missing new documents because the manager is forgetting to change it back to admin once they approve documents.

Adding another stage filter would not fix the problem. It would be better if the system would automatically default back to admin after all documents are approved or rejected. Managers are forgetting to manually switch the stage back to admin after they review documents. This causes documents to by pass the admin.
