Would be great to be able to start a transaction or listing right from the dashboard. Also having a task list for the day there as well.

Currently the ability to create a new listing or transaction from the dashboard is only available for the Agent and Limited TC roles. I am guessing you create listings and transactions often. I will relay this request to our Product Manager, Yousef.
