RequesterUsing the terminology "Agent on the Other Side" when referring to the Cooperating Agent, or Co-Op Agent on the CDA seems unprofessional. I know that may seem picky but it is an odd choice of words for a real estate document.

We tried to choose the language that would be universally understood. I can see your point that using a different phrase that would make it sound more positive. We will keep this in mind and look for more yes/up-votes.
