Team Member/Assistant Added to Lender/Escrow/Agent Representing Other Side

Seems like everyone nowadays everyone has assistants, coordinators or team members.  I would like to be able to have a field for them and their contact info or even be able to add them as a secondary person on the Lender / Escrow / Cooperating Agent field in contacts. I have a big database going in my directory but the "notes" box is missing so I can't save their assistant for future use.

I agree!  The escrow officer and lender usually have 2-3 assistants each and the agent on the other side a TC.  While it is nice that the system will recall an escrow officer or lender's information if it has been used previously, I'm always having to list the assistants names/emails/phone numbers in the "Notes" section which doesn't save to the escrow officer/lender...and also doesn't help their names to be available in DigiSign either.

Got it. It is more of additional contact details/info vs. a whole new contact type. Good suggestion.

I understand now and we will be monitoring this for "yes/up-votes".

Hey Buck! First off... LOVE your name! :-) I'm not quite sure what you're asking but I'll just give a better explanation. :) I don't really need a whole new contact tab for assistants rather fields WITHIN a contact for the Assistant's Name, Phone and Email. If that could be added to the "Create New Contact" in the contact directory and following through to the actual Contact tab in a file that would be amazing!

Is the main issue that you just need a place to put their contact information so you can easily add them from the contact directory or to have it visible and easy to access on the contacts tab within the transaction or listing?
