New Checklist Item - When Canceling a transaction

When an agent selects to Cancel a transaction - There should be a new checklist item to appear requesting the Cancelation of Contract. Agents NEVER know where to put it! And it's too pessimistic to add it to the checklist as "not required" ahead of time. It should populate when a transaction is canceled by an agent.
