Would like to see when the box is checked as a Cash deal that the Lender Company and Loan Officer Name is filled in with the word "Cash".
Our Lonewolf system does not recognize a checkbox so therefore when running a report from Lonewolf it appears blank, instead of "Cash". So we have to manually type that in if the agent forgets to type it and just opts to check the box.

We capture the amount of deals conducted with our mortgage affiliates vs cash deals and other mortgage companies.

Hi Val - First off thanks for the suggestion. We are currently working on several items for our Lonewolf integration. I would love to know more about your workflow to better optimize this feature. When you pull the report, what is the purpose of knowing if it was a cash deal vs. a financed deal? Do you use that reporting for specific reasons or workflows?
