Color Code Mega Teams

 I see other posts for Color coding files but this suggestion seems a bit different.

The color selection would be more for when you search for a file or by criteria. We have "Mega Teams" that have multiple members across several states and sometimes we have certain assigned people who work with those teams. It would be nice to have an option to assign a color - just one color that could be assigned to an "mega" team member without having to go into the file - taking it out of "Initiated" <-- if that makes sense.
