Reviewing Sorting Settings

It would be extremely helpful to have a setting that would sort the files [to be reviewed] by first-come-first-reviewed. 

In other words, the agent who most recently submitted files to be reviewed is at the bottom of the list.  The agent waiting the longest is at the top of page 1. 

My agents sometimes have to wait days to get their files reviewed because they never show up in the beginning.  Sometimes this is annoying as they submitted a file that was requested and needs approval.

I had assumed "Default" option was this way but after a recent chat with support, I understand Default is based on file creation date.   Not sure why file creation would ever be pertinent, as agents don't always create files in a timely manner nor is it related to timeframes in the contracts.
