RequesterThere should be a way to easily track notes within a task. The log is not sufficient.
I should be able to go to a completed task, click it, and view all notes for it. Say I want to see all the notes regarding "Schedule Appraisal" to review exactly what communication happened prior to the task being closed out. I shouldn't have to just "Control F" and search on the log page, as that is extremely time consuming.
Also, the note section on active tasks is awful (see below). I am glad there is at least the option to leave notes on tasks but it is incredibly hard to read. Makes no sense that the notes should be crowded all into a table on the right. It should be easy to just look at and read and be up to date quickly. I can't even see the earlier notes I left. Top Producer does both of these items VERY well and I miss it a lot.
