It would be a huge asset to our auditors if they had the ability to upload documents while in Quick Audit as well as see the Log while in Quick Audit instead of having to go out of Quick Audit, into the actual file, and either upload or view the log.

Monica,

All great suggestions, and thank you for explaining your current workaround as well. Much appreciated! I understand the issue and we will be monitoring the forum for yes/up-votes on this topic.

Hi Megan,

Thank you for responding. Yes, it would be great to notify the auditor / agent that uploaded the documents. Right now we have figured out to add the TC as a Co-Agent. This is automatically add her email in the quick audit notifications. Perhaps maybe a tab when the TC creates the file, instead of Co-Agent, there is a TC tab and they can add themselves and it will do the same thing. ?

Thank you,

Monica

Would love to see if the TC uploaded the document or the agent that way the compliance officer can add he TC to be notified along with the agent int the Update Agent feature

Hi Sarah,

Megan here from the SkySlope product team. Thank you reaching with your suggestions. The upload request seems pretty straight-forward. As for being able to view the Log while in Quick Audit, are there specific items of the Log you would want to see, or would you want to see it all?

Hey Monica,

Thanks for the feedback. So instead of updating just the agent within Quick Audit, you want to be able to notify the agent AND the person who uploaded the document, is that right?

Thank you,

Megan
