To close a file we must add the 'Actual' Close Date to the system however Task due dates are based on Closing Date - NOT the actual close date. So we have to first change the closing date under Transaction, then select Escrow closed and again select the Actual Closing date.
Tasks should be due based on actual closing date without having to enter the date twice in the system.
