RENAME ITEMS IN WORKING DOCUMENTS

It would be AWESOME if we could rename items while they're in the Working Documents. There's many times where my agents turn things in like a listing that we need to hold for a little while, and with multiple people at our office using our Working Documents, it would be beyond helpful to be able to name that listing "Hold Until (Date)" so whoever looks at it, immediately knows to not worry about it until that date.

As it stands now, if I want to rename something, I have to download it to my computer and save it as whatever name I want, then upload it to an email and re-send it back to the working documents. But then it says it came from me, instead of the agent who originally sent it.
