General Tasks & Reminders Recipient

Under the Tasks & Reminders template there is an option to add a specific recipient email. I would like to be able to add a broad general field. So when I create the template I could specify that it goes to the Agent on the file, or the Buyer on the file since we won't know the specific email until we import that template into the property file. If we could just add a button to auto generate the email that would be associated with that contact once the reminder is imported, that would be very helpful to us. We currently don't have the time to import the reminders and then go in and edit each one.
