RequesterWhen our Company has a Listing and another Agent IN our Company brings the buyer, we then have to add the Buyer Agent to the Transaction.
When we do this, the Buyer Agent THEN has access to the Listing Docs. This is not ok. We need a work-around for this BIG problem.
Thanks!

AgentHi Tammi!
We suggest having 2 files for a dual agency scenario such as this. A listing sold file from the listing agent, as well as a transaction file for our buyer's agent. That way, communication between seller + agent, price changes, etc., is not available to the buyers agent. Many brokerages have a Dual Agency checklist for this reason.
If you would like more information on this, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and they can provide more details.
