Personal or Office Docs

I would ask that there be an option for agents to have documents in their Personal or Office Docs and then be able to put a copy directly from these two spots into a transaction without actually taking the document out of these files and moving them to another file permanently without leaving a copy in their Personal or Office Docs.  The agents would like to keep certain documents in their personal or office docs and keep them there.  They would like to NOT have to download the document to a spot on their computer and then upload the document to the file...please, look into eliminating those extra steps doing this as it's a huge time waster and would help all agents everywhere, not just our agents.
