If an office has a dual transaction (agent on each side) then BOTH agents should have access to the file in SkySlope. Currently only the Listing agent has access What about the docs the Selling agent is responsible for, their timelines and tasks?

The only suggestion I ever received was to add the in-house selling agent on the Listing Side. You would essentially have to add them twice (once on each side of transaction) but this is the only way that they are able to access the transaction file and upload the necessary information.

You are absolutely correct-it IS wonky. I understand why they have it separated but it definitely needs to be set differently for in-house transactions.

Thank you, Jen. That is what I have been doing, but is seems kind of wonky. This feature has been requested for at least 3 years, so I was hoping they would have a fix soon.

Did anyone get an answer to this? We really need this feature to be implemented. This has been a continuous problem for us. We need the Listing AND the Selling Agent to have access to the files.
Please let me know if there is any way to do that.
