A "more" button

The agents give me SOME of the inspections, for instance, but I need a few more from them... I don't want to Reject what they give me, but if I Accept it, the box turns green then they don't see my future comments on what else I need. I am thinking like a "MORE" button that would turn it back to red and you could note in the Comments section what else was needed.
