Archiving mulitple files at once

often there are mulitple properties with zero incomplete items --- it would be such a time saver to be able to mark all of them at the same time, hit Archive and be done . Another option would be to move the Archive button to the Closed Transactions to be Archived box so you don't have to scroll back to the top every time you mark a file to be archived. Thanks !
