I would love to see the ability to mark multiple checklist documents (ex: checkboxes) and click a single button to "mass open" each document in multiple tabs so I can easily go through the list of unapproved items.
In addition, I'd also like to see a "mass accepted" button that I can use the same function to mass mark multiple items accepted.

I completely agree with the above. I have hundreds of documents to approve a day, especially in the busy seasons and it would be so much easier to be able to open all of the docs at once to review.
