Incomplete Label Reversal

There should be a way for an administrator to reverse an "Incomplete" label short of the agent having to upload a new document. Sometimes I discover a document elsewhere in the transaction that addresses the issue that rendered the first document "incomplete" and I can't go back and remove the Incomplete label. I am left with no option but to put a note in the comments section.
