RequesterMany contracts ask for date and time stamp and the system only allows for date stamp.

RequesterWhile there is now a "time stamp" added to a secondary date stamp, it is not a true time stamp. This should be it's own field, not a combination field. There is no need for two different date stamps, even if one has the time added.
